Objective To learn the nursing and intense pulsed light (IPL) on scar after burn depth Ⅱ.Methods 60 patients after burn depth Ⅱ from Jun 2011 to Mar 2012 were divided into 2 groups.The experiment group used IPL and nursing,while the control group used nursing,including mental nursing and wound care.The dinical effect and degree of satisfaction of two groups after nursing were observed and recorded.Results There clinial significant difference in total effective rates of 2 groups (93.33％ vs 83.33％,P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.67％ vs 80.00％,P＜0.05).Conclusion The early nursing with IPL on scar after burn depth Ⅱ has exact effect and high degree of satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨早期行强脉冲光对烧伤深Ⅱ°创面愈合后瘢痕的护理.方法 选取2011年6月至2012年3月我院收治的烧伤深Ⅱ°创面愈合患者共60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均采用护理干预,包括心理护理及伤口护理,而实验组加用早期强脉冲光治疗,护理后观察和记录两组患者的临床疗效及满意情况.结果 两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有显著性(93.33％ vs 83.33％,P＜0.05),实验组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组;两组患者的满意度比较,差异有显著性(96.67％ vs 80.00％,P＜0.05),实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组.结论 早期行强脉冲光对烧伤深Ⅱ°创面愈合后瘢痕进行护理,其效果确切,患者的满意度高,值得在临床上推广应用.
