可吸收螺钉对兔骨软骨原位覆盖愈合影响的实验研究

摘要

目的 探讨可吸收螺钉对兔骨软骨原位覆盖愈合的影响.方法 20只成年新西兰大白兔双膝股骨髁部滑车槽内取直径3.5 mm、厚度4 mm骨软骨柱,右膝置入可吸收螺钉后将骨软骨柱回植,左膝直接将骨软骨柱回植对照.术后4、8、16周取标本行大体形态学观察、光镜下骨软骨修复的组织学分析.结果 两组4、8、16周骨软骨的大体形态及光镜下的组织学结构基本一致;实验膝4、8、16周的组织学与组织化学评分分别为(12.50±0.58)、(15.20±1.02)、(16.60±1.04)分,对照膝4、8、16周的组织学与组织化学评分分别为(13.40±0.63)、(15.80±1.14)、(17.20±1.06)分,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);16周时,两组原位覆盖骨软骨均愈合良好.结论 可吸收螺钉对骨软骨原位覆盖的愈合无干扰,骨软骨原位覆盖有利于可吸收螺钉治疗关节内骨折骨软骨缺损的修复和关节功能的恢复.%Objective To investigate the effect of absorbable screw to osteochondral covering in the catilage repair. Methods An osteochondral column of diameter 4 mm and thickness 3.5 mm was removed from 20 mature New Zealand White rabbits knees trochlear groove of femoral condyle. An appropriate size absorbable screw (rod) was put into the right knee trochlear groove of femoral condyle and the osteochondral column was replant covering the absorbable rod; the absorbable rod had replantation without absorbable screw (rod) for control as to the left knee. The scheduled time points of animal euthanization will be 4 weeks ,8 weeks and 16 weeks after operation. The specimens were harvested for normal observation and morphology analysis of catilage repair. Results The Histochemical score of experimental group were (12.50±0.58), (15.20±1.02), and (16.60±1.04) at 4, 8, and 16 weeks; the control group'were (13.40±0.63), (15.80±1.14), and (17.20±1.06). There was no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The osteochondral repaired well in both groups at 16 weeks. Conclusion Osteochondral covering on absorbable screw has no significant interference to the catilage repair. Absorbable screw to osteochondral covering in the cartilage repair can improve the repair effect and joint function recover.
