Objective To explore how to kill meat mites and protect the animals effectively after the infection with meat mites.Methods 32 Kunming mice which were infected with mites were randomly divided into four groups,each was with eight mice.3 insecticides were used to kill meat mites in these four groups and find the best result.They were the Kill lice Ling group, the Kill mites Ling with low-dose group, the Kill mites Ling with high-dose group, and the Trichlorfon group and the blank control group.The first three groups were spraied physic liquor on the mouse' s body for three times at intervals of five days, and the blank control group were spraied distilled water with the same method.The trichlorfon group were given the oral treatment.Results To observe the model of four experimental groups, only the Kill mites Ling with high-dose group got the desired results.Conclusions The treatment in the Kill meat mites Ling with high-dose group is well, and has some promotional value.%目的 探讨动物感染肉螨后如何有效地杀灭肉螨并保护动物.方法 将32只感染了肉螨的昆明小鼠随机分为杀虱灵组、杀螨灵低剂量组和高剂量组、敌百虫组,另设一组空白对照组,每组8只小鼠.分别用三种杀虫剂进行毒杀肉螨,杀虱灵组、杀螨灵低剂量组和高剂量组进行每隔5天用药1次,分三次外用药液喷涂小鼠全身;敌百虫组进行口服治疗(15 d);空白对照组用蒸馏水喷涂,方法同前三组.用药3次后,动物取材进行镜检,观察并记录活螨数.结果 杀螨灵高剂量组外用喷药浴最为有效,用药3次后镜下未见活螨,而杀虱灵、杀螨灵低剂量组和敌百虫组显微镜下均可能见活螨,且用药前后无明显差异.空白对照组前后没有感染螨虫.结论 浓度为1:200的杀螨灵(高剂量)对肉螨治疗效果满意.
