目的 探讨护理干预对烧伤病人医院感染的影响.方法 将2005年1月至2009年1月住院的244例烧伤患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组122例.两组患者均接受常规治疗护理,试验组在此基础上实施护理干预,比较两组患者医院感染率.结果 两组医院感染率分别为:对照组19.67%,实验组6.55%.对照组与实验组比较,经χ~2检验,P值<0.01,有统计学意义.结论 护理干预可有效控制烧伤患者医院感染率,从而减少患者的住院天数,减轻患者的经济负担,值得推广.%Objective Study of nursing intervention on the impact of nosocomial infection in burn patients.Methods Will be in January 2005 ～ January 2009 of 244 cases of hospitalized bum patients were randomly divided into test group and control group 122 patients, two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment and care, the test group on this basis, the implementation of nursing intervention, comparison two groups of patients with hospital infection rates.Results Two groups of hospital infection rates are as follows: control group, 19.67%, 6.55% in experimental group and control group and experimental group, by the χ~2 test Pvalue of 0.01, with statistical significance.
