目的 观察大黄保留灌肠对脑外伤后肾功能损害治疗效果.方法 随机将脑外伤后60例肾功能损害病人分为治疗组(大黄保留灌肠组,32例)和对照组(西医非透析方法治疗组,28例).通过不同的治疗对两组病人进行疗效评价.结果 大黄保留灌肠组治疗7日后,据疗效标准判定,两者比较疗效实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 大黄保留灌肠对脑外伤后肾功能损害疗效肯定,其不仅可降低血中BUN、Cr含量,改善临床症状和降低病死率,而且还具有通腑减少内毒素自身吸收作用,是一种简便易行、效果确切的治疗方法.%Objective Observation of rhubarb retention enema for renal dysfunction after traumatic brain injury treatment.Methods Randomly after 60 cases of traumatic brain injury patients with renal dysfunction were divided into 2 groups: treatment group (rhubarb retention enema group, 32 cases)!
