Objective To explore the clinical effect of early intervention guidance for very low birth weight infants in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).Methods 150 NICU babies with very low birth weight admitted to our hospital from October,2017 to January,2019 were selected as experimental objects,and were divided into a comparison group and an experimental group by using a digital parity method,75 eases for each group.The comparison group applied traditional nursing measures to carry out corresponding nursing;and the experimental group took traditional nursing measures + early intervention guidance measures to carry out corresponding nursing.The weight,height,head circumference and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The weight,height and head circumference of the children in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group [(3.04±0.85) kg vs.(2.44±0.17) kg,(47.57± 1.99) cm vs.(45.35±1.07) cm,and (34.65±2.20) cm vs.(32.19±2.09) cm;all P ＜ 0.05].The nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group (98.67％ vs.82.67％;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion After receiving early intervention guidance in clinical practice,the NICU children with very low birth weight have significant effects on the increase of weight,height and head circumference,laying the foundation for the improvement of the children's physical development.%目的 探讨对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)极低出生体质量儿给予早期干预指导后获得的临床效果.方法 选择本院2017年10月至2019年1月收治的150例NICU极低出生体质量儿作为研究对象;数字奇偶法将其分为比照组和试验组,各75例;比照组应用传统护理措施展开对应护理;试验组应用传统护理措施+早期干预指导措施展开对应护理;比较两组极低出生体质量儿体质量、身高、头围以及患儿家属满意度评分.结果 试验组极低出生体质量儿体质量、身高以及头围均明显高于比照组[(3.04±0.85) kg比(2.44±0.17)kg、(47.57±1.99) cm比(45.35±1.07) cm、(34.65±2.20) cm比(32.19±2.09)cm;均P＜0.05];试验组极低出生体质量儿家属护理服务满意度明显高于比照组(98.67％比82.67％,P＜0.05).结论 NICU极低出生体质量儿于临床接受早期干预指导后,对于体质量、身高以及头围的增加,效果明显,最终为患儿体格发育情况改善奠定基础.
