Since the reform and opening up, China＇s modem architectural decoration industry is gradually rise- ing. The proportion in the national economy increases decoration projects has become increasingly prominen 20% annually. However, a weak link in the building e., academic research and practical work of the construction management, which makes a great impact on the rapid development of modem architecture decoration industry. It introduces the significance of architectural engineering, and the problems in construction management, decoration materials and cost management.
