发泡剂是现代建筑节能材料的重要组成材料，对墙体材料的保温、隔热性能和强度具有显著影响。文章针对化学发泡剂应用中存在的问题，分析了化学发泡剂的作用机理、影响发泡效果的因素、发泡剂对保温材料性能的影响，提出了规范发泡保温板生产和建筑应用的建议。%Gas forming admixture （GFA） is an important constitute of modem energy saving materials for buildings, which has considerable effects on thermal insulation and strength of wall materials. Aiming at the problems in the application of GFA, the present paper analyzes the working mechanism of GFA, factors affect- ing foaming efficiency and effects of GFA on properties of thermal insulation materials. Recommendations are proposed for regulating production and application of foamed insulation boards.
