玉米穗上叶间距主基因+多基因遗传模型分析

         

摘要

为了对玉米穗上叶间距进行遗传改良,以玉米PH6WC与7873杂交组合的6个世代P1、P2、F1、B1、B2、F2为材料,在春播和夏播条件下,研究了玉米穗上叶间距的主基因+多基因遗传规律.在春播条件下,玉米穗上叶间距的最适模型为E-0模型,检测到2对主基因,以多基因遗传为主.在夏播条件下,玉米穗上叶间距的最适模型为E-1模型,检测到2对主基因,以多基因遗传为主.因此,可以采用轮回选择和聚合回交的方法积累微效基因,对玉米穗上叶间距进行遗传改良.%To improve the leaf spacing above ear in maize, six generations (P1, P2 , F1 , B1, B2 and F2) of a cross between PH6WC and 7873 were selected to investigate the rules of major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance in spring and summer. The results showed that the optimal model for the inheritance leaf spacing above ear in 9pring was E-0, and two pairs of major genes were detected. The optimal model for leaf spacing the inheritance above ear in summer was E-l, and two pairs of major genes were detected as well. Under both environments, leaf spacing above ear in maize were domi-nantly controlled by polygenes. The recurrent selection and polymerization backcross could be adopted to accumulate minor genes for the genetic improvement of leaf spacing above ear.
