Combing the relevant research literatures of city complex, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of recent researches both in domestic and abroad. Thus, the main directions of research in city complex are suggested:(1) paying more attention to the evolution and life cycle of urban complex research;(2)studying the development of city complex followed by the city culture and consumption; (3)focusing on the impact of recreation to the development of city complex.%文章通过梳理城市综合体相关研究文献，分析并总结国内外研究的主要特点，提出我国城市综合体相关研究的主要方向：（1）注重城市综合体的演化及生命周期研究；（2）以城市文化和居民消费引领城市综合体开发研究；（3）注重休闲游憩理念对城市综合体发展的影响。
