In highway construction, the primary treatment is mostly used for cement stabilized macadam base. If the cement stabilized macadam base problems in the construction process, which will lead to the base of highway quality hidden trouble, cause problems with the use of highway. This paper introduces the construction, the cement stabilized macadam base are analyzed, the main link, ensure the quality of construction meet the requirements.%公路的建设当中，其基层处理大多采用水泥稳定碎石基层进行。如果水泥稳定碎石基层在施工过程中出现问题，将导致公路基层出现质量隐患，造成以后公路的使用出现问题。文章结合工程实例，分析了水泥稳定碎石基层的施工，介绍了其主要环节，保证施工的质量符合要求。
