With the development of the internet and communication technology, internet-connected smartphones become more and more popular. The way people learn English diversified. English teaching is no longer limited by location and resource. The paper intends to improve the efficiency of English vocabulary teaching by using internet-connected smartphones. The paper states the current situation of English language teaching in vocational schools.
