Rain and snow freeze disas-ters in low temperature was one of the main meteorological disasters in Xing'an County of Guilin in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Based on introduc-ing the rain and snow freeze disasters in low temperature of Xing'an County in the last ten years, the prevention measures were elaborated.
