Infection cycle and occur-rence regularity of two bud and leaf dis-eases in tea plant(tea white scab and tea Cercospora scab) were introduced,and damage symptom and identification fea-tures of each disease were put forward. These diseases should be controlled on applying more organic manure,moderat-ing harvest,strengthening culture man-agement in order to improve disease-re-sistant capacity of tea plant. And spray-ing chemicals in optimum time if neces-sary.The study aimed to reduce damages of diseases and improve yield and quali-ty of tea.%介绍了茶树2种常见芽叶病害———茶白星病和茶圆赤星病的侵染循环和发生规律，指出各病害的危害症状及识别特征。提出防治茶白星病和茶圆赤星病应以合理增施有机肥料、适度采摘、加强培育管理为重点，促使树势生长健旺，增强抗病力，必要时可及时进行喷药保护。为减轻病害危害，提高茶叶的产量和品质提供了一定的依据。
