Objective To compare the efficacy of vildagliptin and saxagliptin treating type 2 diabetes. Methods The 64 pa-tients with T2DM inadequately controlled with BIAsp30 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 12 weeks of treatment. The vildagliptin group were given oral vildagliptin 50mg twice a day. The saxagliptin group were given oral Saxagliptin 5mg once a day. The insulin dosage of two groups remained unchanged. Then observe the index changes of BMI,HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and the inci-dences of hypoglycemia. Results After 12 weeks treatments,the HbA1c、FPG、2hPG were significantly reduced compared with be-fore in both groups(P<0.05),BMI had decreased slightly compared with before in both groups(P>0.05). Little changes were found between vildagliptin group and saxagliptin group on BMI,HbA1c,FPG,2hPG and incidence of hypoglycemia (P>0.05). Conclu-sion Vildagliptin and saxagliptin can effectively decrease blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes,reduce weight lightly,and the incidence of hypoglycemia is wery low. There is no difference on the efficacy between vildagliptin group and saxagliptin group.%目的：观察维格列汀与沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将2014年1月-2014年10月我院就诊的78例应用诺和锐30治疗但血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组，维格列汀组在诺和锐30基础上加用维格列汀50mg每日2次口服，沙格列汀组在诺和锐30基础上加用沙格列汀5mg每日1次口服；两组患者诺和锐30剂量维持不变，共治疗12周，观察患者BMI、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）各项指标的变化及低血糖发生情况。结果治疗12周后，两组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c较治疗前均显著降低，（均P<0.05），有统计学意义；BMI较治疗前均有轻度下降，但无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组间BMI、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、低血糖发生率等指标相比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论维格列汀和沙格列汀均能有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖，轻度减轻体重，且低血糖发生率低，但两者的疗效无明显差别。
