电针调节抑郁症双重状态的神经元性一氧化氮合酶机制

         

摘要

Objective The preliminary research progress on Mechanism of Electro-Acupunc-Ture(EA)for the double state of depression with Neuronal Nitric Oxide Synthase(nNOS)expression. Methods nNOS may be one of the mechanisms that electric acupuncture can regulation the depression of double status from the summary and the a-nalysis of related literature published in recent years. Results 1)The double state of depression-anxiety and depres-sion were closely associated with nNOS,as well as the hippocampal nNOS activity was increased in the early chronic stress rat,caused anxiety behavior and it decreased in the late chronic stress rat,induced depression. 2)nNOS may be one of the mechanisms that electric acupuncture can regulation the depression of double state,EA can caused anxiolyt-ic-like effects which may attribute to the reduce of nNOS and resulted in antidepressant-like effects which may attrib-ute to the increase of nNOS on hippocampus. Conclusion nNOS may be one of the mechanisms that electric acu-puncture regulating the depression of double state.%目的:对电针治疗抑郁症双重状态的神经元性一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)机制研究进行初步探讨。方法通过对近几年来发表的相关文献进行总结与分析,探讨 nNOS 可能是电针调节抑郁症双重状态的机制之一。结果1)抑郁症双重状态-焦虑和抑郁与 nNOS 密切相关,即:慢性应激早期大鼠海马 nNOS 活性增高,介导焦虑样行为;慢性应激晚期大鼠海马 nNOS 活性降低,介导抑郁样行为。2)nNOS 可能是电针调节抑郁症双重状态的机制之一,即:电针减少慢性应激早期大鼠海马 nNOS 的释放,达到抗焦虑样作用;电针提高慢性应激晚期大鼠海马 nNOS 的表达,达到抗抑郁样作用。结论 nNOS 可能是电针调节抑郁症双重状态的机制之一。
