The present paper mainly explored the unknown parameters estimation and hypothesis testing on equality of two power distribution populations with missing data .Most importantly ,the paper further proved that the estimator had excellent properties and concludes the test statistics and limit properties of the equality of two power distribution populations .%研究幂分布总体在数据缺失情况下，未知参数的估计问题以及参数相等的两个幂分布总体的假设检验问题。证明了估计量的优良性，得出两总体参数相等的检验统计量及其极限性质。
