ZnO一维纳米材料具有特殊的结构与物理性能,其成功合成不仅为人们探索小尺度材料的量子效应及开发纳米光电器件提供宝贵的研究材料,也蕴含着巨大的应用前景。对ZnO一维纳米材料的合成方法及应用进行了阐述,针对目前ZnO一维纳米材料的合成工艺,选取催化生长法、水热法和化学溶液沉积法这3种常用方法进行分析和对比,研究了这3种方法合成样品的实验结果,总结了生长ZnO一维纳米材料的实验工艺。同时,也对其应用进行探讨并举例研究。%1D ZnO nanomaterials with the special structure have the good performance ,and have become the focus of numerous investigations because of their unique optical properties and promising applications in optoelectronic devices .In this paper , the preparation methods , such as VLS method , CBD method and hydrothermal method were discussed .And the experimental results of different methods were compared briefly . In addition,the applications of 1D ZnO nanomaterials were also discussed .
