通过建立厦门市土地利用效益动态耦合模型和相应的指标体系,计算了2001—2010年间厦门市土地利用社会经济效益和生态环境效益综合指数,分析了二者之间的耦合关系.结果表明：厦门市社会经济效益和生态环境效益在研究期间基本呈增长趋势,但后者增速相对较缓,生态环境响应过程具有一定的滞后性;从土地利用效益耦合度演化曲线来看,厦门市处于协调发展阶段,耦合度逐年下降,并有向低级共生阶段发展的趋势.%Xiamen is a city with rapid economic development in china.Land use benefits are very obvious and pose clear coupling relationship in the city.A dynamic coupling model of land use benefits was set up and used to calculate the indicators of both socio-economic and eco-environment benefits of Xiamen from 2001 to 2010.Then their coupling relationship was analyzed with the application of dynamic coupling model.The study showed that the composite indicator of socio-economic benefits and eco-environmental benefits both increased during the studying period,with the latter at a slower rate.The response of eco-environment generally lagged behind of socio-economic.The coupling relationship during the studying period was harmonious development and will degrade into the lower-level symbiosis state.
