In view of the teacher-student interaction is not strong in network drawing teaching, developed online drawing and communication system. Online drawing system uses Silverligh achieve the function of drawing and interface of the system, apply XMAL to realize configuration. Users organize teaching through creating virtual classroom. The one who gets control can draw, the others can only watch. Found through actual use, the system is powerful and easy drawing can be a powerful solution to the current shortcoming in network education.%鉴于目前制图类课程网络教学中师生互动性不强，开发了在线制图和通讯系统．系统采用Si]verlight实现在线制图功能和界面的呈现，使用XAML来实现个性化配置．用户通过建立虚拟教室来组织教学，取得控制权的用户可绘图，其余用户只能观看．通过实际使用发现，其系统功能强大、绘图方便，可有力的解决当前网络教学中师生互动性差的问题．
