2-2型Pb(Zro.52Tio.48)03/CoFe204多铁纳米复合薄膜中磁场诱发铁电层准同型相变行为研究

         

摘要

2-2 type Pb (Zro.52Tio.48)O3/CoFe204 multiferroic thin films with different thickness CoFe204 layer are fabricated by sol-gel technology. Through XRD co-scan characterization, it has been confirmed that the Pb(Zro.s2Tio.48) 03 layer in multiferroic thin films exhibits (100) texture. For the thin film with 400 nm CoFe204 layer, tetragonal- monoelinic phase transition of Pb(Zro.s2Tio.4s)O3 layer has been induced by the magnetostriction of the CoFe204 layer under 3 500 Oe magnetic field. The phase transition indicates the variation of spontaneous polarization in ferroelectric layer. Giant magneto-electric eoupling of 2-2 type multiferroic thin film will be resulted from the phase transition of Pb (Zro.52Tio.4s) O3 layer.%采用溶胶一凝胶工艺制备了2-2型Pb(Zro.52Tio.48)03/CoFe204多铁复合薄膜.通过x射线ct,扫描发现,复合薄膜中Pb(‰-52鸭.柏)03层均具有高度(100)择优取向,当复合薄膜中CoFe204层达到400砌厚时,在J'l,~il磁场作用下,薄膜中Pb(‰.52%.48)03铁电层会发生四方相到单斜相的相变,相变的发生意味着铁电层自发极化方向的改变,这会诱发2-2型复合薄膜巨大磁电耦合效应.
