通过整理和归纳近十年我国独立设置成人高校转型发展研究的相关文献，本文对独立设置成人高校转型发展目标、发展取向、发展结构和发展对策等研究成果进行回顾，并结合现存问题和转型要求，对今后的研究趋势进行展望。%By collecting and summarizing the recent ten years relevent literature of the independent setting adult colleges transitional development in China ,this paper mainly analyses the goals ,behavior structure and measure of these colleges ’ transitional development and prospects the future research trends based on the current problems and requires of transformation .
