目的：探讨光学相干断层扫描技术（ opticalcoherencetomography ，OCT）在评估曲安奈德（ triamcinolo-neacetonide， TA ）联合雷珠单抗（Lucentis，LU）治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿（diabetic macular edema，DME）疗效中的应用。方法应用OCT及荧光素眼底血管造影（ FFA）确诊180例DME患者并随机分为3组，给予TA、LU、TA/LU治疗，比较视力及黄斑中心视网膜厚度（ centralmacularthickness ， CMT ）。结果本研究中各治疗方案治疗DME均取得良好疗效。其中，TA/LU联合治疗组CMT最低，唯有LU治疗组未发现眼压升高并发症。结论 TA、LU、TA/LU等治疗DME 均取得较好疗效，临床上应根据实际情况选择治疗策略。%Objective To study the optical coherence tomography in the evaluation of triamcinolone acetonide Lucen -tis the application of the treatment of diabetic macular edema curative effect .Methods The application of OCT and fluo-rescein fundus angiography (FFA) confirmed 180 cases of patients with DME and randomly divided into 3 groups, TA, LU, TA/LU was given center of visual acuity and macular retinal thickness .Results Various therapeutic regimen for DME has achieved good results .Among them, the TA/LU CMT minimum combined treatment group , only LU elevated iop complications are not found in treatment group .Conclusions The treatment such as TA , LU, TA/LU DME has a-chieved good curative effect , clinical should choose according to actual situation treatment strategy .
