前铲入土深度对分层深松土壤扰动的影响研究

         

摘要

The subsoiling in tandem is operated in the form of subsoiling different soil layers separately with front subsoi -ler and rear subsoiler,the soil is loosened and the soil mixture of different soil layers can be reduced after subsoiling.In this paper,with the subsoiler in tandem as a research object, the digital soil-bin experiment method was used to study the influence of the front subsoiler depth on the soil disturbance of the subsoiling in tandem.The results indicated that:(1)With the increasement of the front subsoiler depth,the width of the soil profile increased;(2)When the front sub-soiler depth was 150mm,the stability coefficient of subsoiling depth was the largest,and the stability coefficient of sub-soiling depth of subsoiler in tandem was bigger than that of single subsoiler;(3)Soil volume expansivity increased with the increasing of the front subsoiler depth,and soil disturbance coefficient of subsoiler in tandem was bigger than that of single subsoiler;(4)The soil roughness of subsoiler in tandem was better than that of single subsoiler,width of soil ridge of subsoiler in tandem was wider than that of single subsoiler, while the height of soil ridge of subsoiler in tandem was small than that of single subsoiler.This study can provide decision basis for the optimum front subsoiler depth.%分层深松采用前后铲分层作业,深松后土壤松碎,避免上、下土层土壤翻转.以分层深松铲为研究对象,采用数字化土槽试验方法,研究前铲的入土深度对分层深松土壤扰动的影响.结果表明:①随着前铲入土深度的增加,土壤坑形轮廓宽度随之增大;②前铲入土深度为150mm时,分层深松的深松深度稳定性最高,且分层深松的深松深度稳定性均高于单铲深松;③分层深松的土壤蓬松度随着前铲入土深度的增加而增大,土壤扰动系数均大于单铲深松;④分层深松的土壤地表平整性优于单铲深松,土垄垄沟宽度大于单铲深松,而土垄高度低于单铲深松.本研究可以为前铲最佳入土深度的确定提供依据.
