针对目前散粮进出仓设备—带式输送机、埋刮板输送机、斗式提升机、螺旋输送机及振动输送机存在柔性差、自动化程度低及粮食破碎率高的问题，结合目前国内外仓型对进出仓设备的要求，设计了畚斗式抛粮机。该抛粮机主要由机架、抛粮罩、抛送电机及叶轮等部分组成，其结构简单、抛粮轨迹稳定、能实现工作半径内360°方向的散粮输送。该抛粮机的研发将对提高我国粮食物流自动化水平具有一定的意义。%Aimed at the problems existing of poor flexibility ,poor automation ,and high grain crushing rate in current bulk grain import and export equipment including belt conveyor ,buried scraper conveyor ,bucket elevator ,screw conveyor ,and vibrating conveyor .On the basis of import and export equipment requirements , this paper combined with the current do-mestic and foreign warehouse type designed a bucket -type grain polishing machine .This polishing machine with small volume , throwing grain trajectory stability , low noise characteristics mainly is composed of a machine frame , throwing food cover , throwing motor , impeller and other parts .The practice shows that the polishing machine can work stably , and the bulk grain can be achieve different positions of throwing;Reasonable structure design to improve the level of China's grain logistics automation has a certain significance .
