寒地水稻芽种静压力学性能的试验研究

         

摘要

为减少芽种在运输、播种过程中的机械损伤,以寒地水稻品种空育131为试验材料,对其芽种进行静压力学试验分析。同时,对7种19.07%~37.13%不同含水率的芽种,以一定速率加载,在平放、侧放和竖放形式下压缩,研究含水率对芽种压缩破损力、破损应力、弹性模量与破坏能各物理机械性质分布规律,建立了各种物理机械特性与含水率之间的回归方程。结果表明:同一含水率下,平放压缩破损力最大,侧放压缩时次之,竖放压缩时最小。静压力学性质试验分析结果为机械式精量播种机的播种装置设计提供了依据。%In order to reduce the rice bud in mechanical damage during transportation , sowing , experimental study of the rice buds of static mechanics test analysis was conducted with cold region rice varieties in Kongyu 131 as material .Deter mination rice bud of moisture content , at a certain rate loading , test about rice bud 19.07% ~37.13%at seven different moisture content , put in place , lateral and vertical form three types compression , the moisture content of bud compres-sion breakage force , broken stress , elastic modulus and damage to the physical and mechanical property distribution , the regression equation had been established between the various physical and mechanical properties and moisture content . The results showed that in place compression breakage force most , lateral times when compressed , vertical type compres-sion at least , under the same moisture content .Static mechanical properties test analysis results provide the basis for me-chanical precise seeder of seeding device design .
