为了分析江苏省农村金融业的发展竞争力,使用因子分析法和聚类分析法来对江苏省30个县的农村金融业竞争力发展情况进行实证研究分析.建立农村金融业发展竞争力评价指标体系,对原始数据处理后进行实证研究分析.结果表明:江苏省的农村金融竞争力发展水平为0.316,处于较低水平.通过聚类分析将江苏省30个县分为4类地区,各地区农村金融业发展竞争力参差不齐,全省总体农村金融业竞争力有待提升.最后提出了通过发展非银行金融机构,改革农信社管理体制,加强对农村金融贷款的监管和管理等方法来提升江苏省农村金融业的发展竞争力.%To analyze the competitiveness of the rural financial industry in Jiangsu,the author conducted factor analysis and cluster analysis on its development in 30 counties.By establishing an evaluation index system,the empirical study was carried out after the original data were processed. The results indicated that the development level of rural financial industry competitiveness in Jiangsu was 0.316, which was at a relatively low level. Based on the cluster analysis which divided the 30 counties into 4 categories of regions, it can be observed that the development levels in various regions differed sharply,and the overall rural financial industry competitiveness throughout the province remained to be improved.At last,the author proposes some measures to improve the development level of rural financial industry competitiveness in Jiangsu, such as developing non-bank financial institutions, reforming the management system in rural credit association as well as strengthening the supervision and management of rural financial credit.
