一种降压集成全桥LCC谐振变换器

         

摘要

To solve the problem that the frequency modulation range of LCC resonant converter is over wide, but the input range is too narrow, this paper presents a sort of step-down integrated full bridge LCC resonant converter by integrating a step down converter properly with a full bridge LCC one, The operating principle of this proposed converter is analyzed and the mathematical analysis for the corresponding four operating modes are performed to obtain the expression of voltage gain, firstly. And then the voltage-adjusting characteristics in the four operating modes are discussed, and finally, the circuit simulation and experiments are carried out. This proposed converter can save the components and simplify the control circuit design, keep the advantage of using the LCC resonant to implement soft switch, meanwhile, and improve the efficiency of the converter. Experimental results verify that this type of converter can widen the input range and reduce the range of frequency modulation.%为解决传统LCC谐振变换器调频范围过宽、输入范围窄的不足,将降压变换器与全桥LCC变换器进行有机整合,提出一种降压集成全桥LCC谐振变换器。首先分析了该变换器的工作原理,对其四种工作模式进行了数学分析,得出了电压增益表达式,然后讨论了四种工作模式下的调压特性。最后进行了电路仿真和实验。该变换器通过共用两个开关管,节省了元器件,简化了控制电路设计,同时保留了LCC谐振变换器可以实现软开关的优点,提高了变换器的效率。实验结果验证了该变换器可拓宽输入范围、缩小调频范围。
