我国军校教育理念的回顾与思考

         

摘要

In terms of the military academy’s historic mission in different times, it is suggested that the various education idea of military academy can be classified into the four periods of socialism construction, reform and opening-up, cross-century transition and new century and new stage, in this paper. And the main education idea in each one historic stage is analyzed specifically, and the analysis results show the intimate connection of the military academy’s education idea and the domestic and international situations, social conditions, status of military construction, military development goal as well as the overall quality of cadets in the specific historic times, being a reference for differentiating the key point of military academy’s education idea at present.%根据军校不同时期的历史任务,提出将不同的军校教育理念划分为社会主义建设时期、改革开放时期、跨世纪转型时期和新世纪新阶段时期四个阶段;然后具体分析了每一历史阶段的主要教育理念。分析结果呈现出军校教育理念与特定历史时期的国际国内形势、社会情况、军队建设状况、军队发展目标以及整体学员素质水平的密切关系,为辨清现阶段军校教育理念的重点提供了参考。
