为培养复合型、技能型士官人才，对以实训为中心的士官装备教学体系进行了研究。结合士官学员的特点，以部队士官学员岗位任职的需求为出发点，重点从实训教学目标体系、实训课程建设体系、教学管理体系和教学条件支撑体系四个方面，研究了适用于信息化和高技术条件下的士官雷达装备教学体系，为切实提高士官学员的岗位任职能力提供了思路和方法。%To train the versatile and skill-oriented sergeant talents, this article discusses the radar equipment teaching system centered on the practical training for sergeants. Combining with the features of sergeant cadets, taking the demand for the units’sergeant cadets as the initial point, we study the radar equipment teaching system centered on practical training for sergeants, focusing on such four aspects as the teaching object and course construction systems of practical training, teaching management system and teaching condition supporting system, which is applied to the informatization and high-tech conditions, and offers the train of thoughts and methods for improving feasibly the sergeant cadets’post-holding abilities.
