To the problem of the military basic-level management lacking of standardization and being unscientific, this article analyzes the method characteristics of the military basic-level management, proposes the five methods that should be adopted flexibly in the basic-level management, such as the administrative, educational, appraising through comparison and contesting, management by objectives, and psychological methods. It is suggested that having a good command of those methods and applying to them well are of great significance in ensuring the generation of the units’combat effectiveness and the fulfillment of the basic-level’s tasks.%针对目前部队基层管理存在的不规范和不科学问题,探析了部队基层管理方法的特征,提出了部队基层管理应灵活采用行政方法、教育方法、评比竞赛方法、目标管理方法、心理方法等五种方法。掌握和运用好这些方法,对于保证部队战斗力的生成和基层任务的完成,具有重要的现实意义。
