The influence of transnational agricultural companies on China's food security and the impact of international investment rules on the regulation of transnational agricultural companies are analyzed.Finally some countermeasures are given to guarantee our food security by perfecting the regulation on transnational agricultural corporations.%分析了跨国农业公司影响我国粮食安全的途径和国际投资规则对跨国农业公司规制产生的影响,最后提出了完善跨国农业公司规制保护我国粮食安全的对策建议.
