农技员培训工作探析

         

摘要

This paper introduced the four aspects of training activities for Hanzhong Agricultural Cadre School,in terms of the summarizing of past experience,it indicated that demand investigation is basic,process supervision is crucial,the assessment for technicians refers to their actual performance,while their feedbacks can improve the training.In addition,the training can well proceed in accordance with the "Performance assessment index system of Shaanxi Province for agricultural technician training",which includes six criteria that of organization management,training implementation,use of funds,file management,training publicity as well as characteristic management.Hanzhong Agricultural Cadre School has won the first in the assessment for agricultural technician training for Shaanxi Province in 2016.%介绍了汉中市农干校通过狠抓培训工作的4个环节,总结了需求调研是基础、过程监管是关键、考核考评看效果、信息反馈促提高的经验;加之严格按照《陕西省农技人员培训绩效考核指标体系》中的组织管理、培训实施、资金使用、档案管理、培训宣传及特色管理6个方面开展工作,取得了良好的培训效果,获得受训农技人员的好评.汉中市农干校2016年度荣获陕西省农技员培训机构考核第一名.
