[目的]运用人为操纵试验手段,分析克隆整合对于沙蒿在遭受沙埋时的意义.[方法]针对沙生植物沙蒿经常遭受沙埋的情况,研究了该植物在遭受不同程度沙埋的情况下的存活、生长和生根状况.[结果]沙埋影响沙蒿的存活、生长,但能够促进生根;克隆整合对处于沙埋中的沙蒿有很重要的作用,能够将水分、养分输送到沙埋部分,使之生根、存活、生长,而且这种克隆整合可以是双向的.[结论]该研究可为促进植物生长及加快沙压固定提供依据.%[Obejective] Using the experimental method of human manipulation to analyse the significance of clonal integration for the Artemisia sphaerocephala when suffered from sand-burying.[Method] Aimed at the situation that Psammophyte Artemisia sphaerocephala often suffered from sand-burying,discussed the condition of survival,growth and root generation of this plant under different degree of sand-burying.[Result] The results showed that sand-burying can affect the survival and growth of Artemisia sphaerocephala,and can promote root generation.Clonal integration has a very important effect to Artemisia sphaerocephala under sand-burying,water and nutrients can be transported to sand-buried parts,makes them rooting,surviving and growing,and this kind of clonal integration can be bidirectional.[Conclusion]This study can provide a basis for promoting plant growth and speeding up dune fixation.
