云南产辣木叶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

         

摘要

[目的]研究云南5个产地(普洱、西双版纳、德宏、丽江和楚雄)辣木叶挥发油的化学组成.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)联用技术鉴定云南产辣木叶挥发油化学成分.[结果]从云南产辣木叶挥发油中共鉴定出31个成分,包括脂肪烃类、萜类、芳香化合物等,其中主要含有2,5-二甲基己烷(1.58%、2.39%、0.98%、2.04%和1.21%)、2,4-二甲基己烷(2.31%、3.48%、1.46%、3.05%和1.79%)、乙基环戊烷(18.91%、28.74%、12.13%、24.98%和15.13%)、1,2,4-三甲基环戊烷(6.68%、9.90%、4.14%、8.55%和5.18%)、1,2,3-三甲基环戊烷(6.88%、10.20%、4.26%、8.90%和5.33%)、2-甲基庚烷(3.81%、5.57%、2.29%、4.79%和3.58%)、2-甲基戊基异戊酸(3.57%、5.21%、2.18% 、4.55%和2.73%)、1,3-二甲基环己烷(5.78%、8.33%、3.52%、7.27%和4.41%)、1,4-二甲基环己烷(1.66%、2.47%、1.02%、2.11%和1.27%)、辛烷(2.37%、3.41%、1.44%、2.98%和1.81%)、亚麻酸乙酯(4.59%、9.31%、3.85%、13.91%和9.30%)等.[结论]云南5个不同产地辣木叶中挥发油中主要成分组成相差较大,该研究结果为揭示不同产地辣木叶的成分变化和资源保护与合理利用提供了理论依据.%[Objective] The aim was to study the essential oil of Moringa oleifera from different areas (Pu'er,Xishuangbanna,Dehong,Lijiang and Chuxiong) in Yunnan.[Method] Essential oils were extracted by water distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative contents of the identified components in the essential oils were obtained by normalization of peak areas.[Result] The major components of Moringa oleifera,involving 2,5-dimethylhexane (1.58%,2.39%,0.98%,2.04%,1.21%),2,4-dimethylhexane (2.31%,3.48%,1.46%,3.05%,1.79%),ethylcyclopentane (18.91%,28.74%,12.13%,24.98%,15.13%),1,2,4-trimethylcyclopentane (6.68%,9.90%,4.14%,8.55%,5.18%),1,2,3-trimethylcyclopentane (6.88%,10.20%,4.26%,8.90%,5.33%),2-methylheptane (3.81%,5.57%,2.29%,4.79%,3.58%),2-methylpentyl isovalerate (3.57%,5.21%,2.18%,4.55%,2.73%),1,3-dimethyl-cis-cyclohexane (5.78%,8.33%,3.52%,7.27%,4.41%),1,4-dimethyl-cis-cyclohexane (1.66%,2.47%,1.02%,2.11%,1.27%),octane (2.37%,3.41%,1.44%,2.98%,1.81%),9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid,ethyl ester (4.59%,9.31%,3.85%,13.91%,9.30%).[Conclusion] Great diversities in the constituents are found in different areas of Yunnan.The research provides chemical basis for the understanding of Moringa oleifera.
