人工繁殖大洋河刀鲚幼鱼短途运输及越冬技术研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨刀鲚幼苗的短途运输及越冬技术.[方法]于2015年6月中旬在大洋河流域拉网采集野生刀鲚亲鱼进行现场人工受精,获得受精卵约2万粒,经室外水泥池和土池孵化培育后,10月中旬获得刀鲚幼鱼2 000余尾.对8 ~13 cm苗种3h的运输,45 d暂养及室外池塘、室内水泥池、大棚3种模式进行了越冬技术研究.[结果]在水温16.5℃、盐度7~ 10条件下运输,万鲚苗种成活率达100%;大棚越冬方式成活率高达85.8%,室内水泥池越冬成活率达61.8%,室外池塘越冬成活率为0.[结论]该研究为刀鲚的运输与越冬提供参考.%[Objective] To study the short-distance transportation and overwintering technologies of Colia nasus fries.[Method] In middle June of 2015,on-site artificial insemination was conducted on wild Colia nasus fries collected from Dayang River by pulling net.About 20 000 grains of fertilized eggs were obtained.After incubation in outdoor cement pool and soil pool,more than 2 000 young fishes of C.nasus were obtained in middle October.After 3 h transportation and 45 d temporary raising,three overwintering technologies of 8-13 cm C.nasus fries under three models (outdoor ponds,indoor cement pool,shed) were studied.[Result] Under the transportation conditions of water temperature 16.5 ℃ and salinity 7 ~ 10,the survival rate of C.nasus seedlings was 100%.The survival rate of C.nasus seedlings under the overwintering model of greenhouse was as high as 85.8%.The survival rate of C.nasus seedlings under the overwintering model of indoor cement pool was 61.8%.The survival rate of C.nasus seedlings under the overwintering model of outdoor pond was 0.[Conclusion] The transportation method and overwintering technology in this research were practicable,so the research could provide reference materials for the artificial breeding of C.nasus.
