[目的]研究白芨原球茎增殖液体培养及原球茎直播育苗技术.[方法]通过正交试验筛选MS培养基浓度、马铃薯汁浓度及KT浓度,对原球茎增殖液体培养进行研究;通过单因素试验筛选原球茎直播育苗的播种基质.[结果]白芨原球茎增殖液体培养各因素的优势组合为MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+马铃薯汁120 g/L;白芨原球茎直播有比较优势的基质为腐殖土50%+碎木屑50%+ NAA 0.5 mg/L+香蕉汁100 g/L.[结论]白芨原球茎增殖液体培养及原球茎播种育苗的技术路线在生产上具有可行性,该方法简化了培养程序.%[Objective] To study the Bletilla striata protocorm liquid cultivation and protocorm direct seeding technique.[Method] Orthogonal test was used to screen the concentrations of MS medium,potato juice and KT,so as to study the protocorm liquid proliferation cultivation.Single factor test was used to screen the seeding mediumn of protocorm.[Result] The most suitable factor combination for Bletilla striata protocorm liquid culture was MS + KT 1.0 mg/L + potato juice 120 g/L,and the most suitable matrix for Bletilla striata seeding was humus soil 50% +scraps of wood 50% + NAA 0.5 mg/L + banana juice 100.0 g/L.[Conclusion] The technology route of Bletilla striata protocorm liquid cultivation and protocorm seedling-raising was feasible in production,which simplified the cultivation procedure.
