基于制度变迁的路径依赖理论,对我国农村土地产权制度的演变进行了梳理,提出了农村土地产权制度改革的基本框架:在维持现有农村集体土地产权基础上,明晰土地所有权并物化使用权,完善农村土地使用权流转制度,逐步推进集体土地与国有土地产权平等,完善农村土地产权改革的配套制度等.%Based on institutional path dependence theory,the evolution of rural land ownership system in China was reviewed,then put forward the basic framework of the rural land property rights system reform:Maintain the existing rural collective land property rights,clear land ownership and use right materialized,perfect the transferring system of rural land use rights,promote the collective land and state-owned land property right equality gradually,improve the supporting system of rural land property rights reform.
