The teaching content and characteristics of storage and processing of horticultural products were analyzed, as well as difficulties for students in learning this course. The advantages of video teaching were summarized.Meanwhile,some issues were also pointed out,such as the number of video data need to be controlled and traditional teaching methods need to be combined in teaching. The quality of video datas should be paid attention to,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the further popularizing and application of this teaching method.%分析了园艺产品贮藏加工学的课程教学内容与特点以及学生学习该课程的难点,总结了视频教学的优势,同时也指出了在应用视频资源教学时应当注意的一些事项,强调应用视频资源的数量,并与传统教学方式相结合,重视视频教学资源的质量,为进一步应用与推广视频教学方法提供了参考.
