[目的]研究地膜覆盖时间对烤烟生长发育及烟叶产量的影响,寻求最佳揭膜时间.[方法]以烤烟云烟87为材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,研究不同揭膜时间对烤烟生长、烟叶产量及经济性状的影响.[结果]在烤烟生育中期揭膜有利于烟株根系的后期生长,移栽后40 d揭膜处理的烟株根系干重最大.不同揭膜处理对烤烟株高和产量有显著影响,且以大田移栽后40~50 d中耕培土烟叶的产量、产值、均价最好.[结论]该研究为烤烟地膜覆盖栽培及揭膜技术在生产上推广应用提供理论依据.%[Objective]To explore the effects of mulching time on the growth of flue-cured tobacco and the yield of tobacco leaves, and to find the best time to remove the film.[Method]With Yunyan 87 as material,the effects of different film-removing stages on growth and yield of flue-cured tobacco were studied by using single-factor random zone design.[Result]Removing film in middle growth period was beneficial to the growth of tobacco plant roots.The dry weight of roots was the heaviest when removing film in 40 d after transplanting.Plant height and yield were both distinctly affected by different film-removing time treatments.The yield,production value,average price were highest when removing film and ridging the plant after 40-50 d after transplanting.[Conclusion]The study provides theory basis for the application of the technique of cov-ering culture and membrane covering in the production of flue-cured tobacco.
