木薯是一种重要的粮食和工业原料作物.随着细胞工程和基因工程的发展,生物技术育种要求一种高效的再生体系.从木薯的器官发生途径、体细胞胚发生途径、脆性胚性愈伤组织(FEC)再生和原生质体再生4个方面阐述了木薯再生体系的发展与建立,以期为木薯组织培养和基于木薯再生体系的技术进步提供参考.%Cassava is an important crop for food and industrial raw materials.With the development of cell engineering and gene engineering,highly efficient regeneration system is a prerequisite for biotechnology breeding.This review summarizes the development and establishment of regeneration of cassava,via organogenesis,somatic embryogenesis,friable embryogenic callus (FEC) and protoplast,hoping to provide some useful reference for the technical progress of tissue culture and regeneration system of cassava.
