[目的]筛选花旗参立枯病的防治药剂.[方法]通过小区试验研究五硝·多菌灵、霜霉·辛菌胺、噁霉灵、哈茨木霉菌4种杀菌剂对花旗参立枯病的防治效果及安全性.[结果]几种药剂对花旗参生长发育无不良影响,对立枯病均有不同程度的防治效果,其中3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌(根部型)2000倍稀释液的防治效果最好,99%噁霉灵3000倍稀释液次之,40%五硝·多菌灵600倍稀释液最差.[结论]试验结果为大田栽培花旗参的立枯病防治提供了参考.%[Objective] The aim was to screen out agents to control American ginseng blight.[Method] We studied control effects of four agents against American ginseng blight through plot test.[Result] The four agents had no bad effect on the growth of American ginseng,and had different degrees of control effect against American ginseng blight,among them 2 000 times diluent of Trichoderma harzianum had the best control effect,secondly was 3 000 times diluent of 99% hymexazol,and 600 times diluent of 40% pentachloronitrobenzene·carbendazim was the worst.[Conclusion] The results provide reference for controlling American ginseng blight in field cultivation.
