在借鉴发达地区及国外乡村旅游发展模式和成功经验的基础上,从改善旅游环境、转变经营理念、强化人才培训和创新旅游项目开发等方面,提出中西部欠发达地区乡村旅游发展的对策和建议,旨在提高中西部欠发达地区的旅游经济,帮助中西部农民摆脱贫穷落后的局面.%On the basis of drawing lessons from the development mode and successful experience of rural tourism in developed areas and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of rural tourism in the central and western regions of China were put forward from the aspects of improving the tourism environment,changing the management concept,strengthening the training of talents and the development of innovative tourism projects.The purpose is to improve the tourism economy in the less developed areas of the central and western regions,and help the farmers in the central and western regions to get rid of poverty and backwardness.
