烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮复配防治灰飞虱的增效作用

         

摘要

[Objective] In order to clarify the synergism of nitenpyram and buprofezin to Laodelphax striatellus.[Method] We studied the mixture of nitenpyram and buprofezin by indoor and field efficacy.The resistance monitoring of Laodelphax striatellus to nitenpyram and buprofezin in Yangzhou was also carried out.[Result] The resistant level of Laodelphax striatellus to buprofezin was high, and the resistance of Laodelphax striatellus to nitenpyram was at sensitive level.The mixtures of nitenpyram and buprofezin (1∶9, 2∶8, 3∶7,mass ratio) were all synergic.The highest co-toxicity coefficient was 210.20 when the mixture ratio of nitenpyram and buprofezin was 3∶7.Field efficacy test results showed that the control effect of 30% the mixture of nitenpyram and buprofezin WP on Laodelphax striatellus in 1-14 days after administration were higher than that of single agent 30% nitenpyram and 30% buprofezin.And the 7 days and 14 days effect was significantly higher than that of the control single ones.[Conclusion] So 30% the mixture of nitenpyram and buprofezin WP can be used as the recommended agent for field control to Laodelphax striatellus.%[目的]明确烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮复配的增效作用.[方法]通过室内和田间药效试验研究了烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮复配对灰飞虱的防治效果,并进行了2016年扬州地区灰飞虱对烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮的抗药性监测.[结果]扬州地区灰飞虱对噻嗪酮处于高水平抗性,对烯啶虫胺处于敏感水平.烯啶虫胺与噻嗪酮的3个配比(1∶9,2∶8,3∶7)都有增效作用,烯啶虫胺与噻嗪酮的复配比为3∶7时共毒系数最大,达210.20.田间药效试验表明,复配剂30%烯啶虫胺·噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂在药后1~14 d对灰飞虱的防效都高于对照单剂30%烯啶虫胺和30%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂,且在药后7、14 d的防效显著高于对照单剂.[结论]该复配剂可作为推荐药剂用于田间防治灰飞虱.
