[Objective] To screen out cold-tolerant cultivars of Camellia.[Method] The changes of some cold-resistant physiological indices(relative electrical conductivity, relative water content, soluble protein content in the leaves) of Camellia under the conditions of normal temperature and low temperature (-10 ℃) were studied.[Result] Under the conditions of cold stress, the variation of relative electrical conductivity in the leaves of cold-resistant Camellia cultivars was less than that of cold-sensitive Camellia cultivars, but the variation of relative water content and soluble protein content in the leaves of cold-resistant Camellia cultivars was higher than that of cold-sensitive Camellia cultivars.These results showed that relative electrical conductivity, relative water content, soluble protein content in the leaves could be used as the indices for selecting the cold-resistant cultivars of Camellia.[Conclusion] The research results can provide theoretical basis for further screening out cold-resistant cultivars of Camellia and other ornamental plants.%[目的]筛选耐冷的山茶品种.[方法]研究正常温度(25 ℃)和低温胁迫(-10 ℃)条件下山茶品种部分耐冷生理指标(叶片相对电导率、相对含水量、可溶性蛋白含量)的变化.[结果]耐冷山茶品种在冷胁迫条件下叶片相对电导率的变化幅度明显小于不耐冷品种,而叶片相对含水量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化均大于不耐冷品种.这表明叶片相对电导率、相对含水量和可溶性蛋白含量均可作为山茶品种耐冷性的筛选指标.[结论]该研究结果可为山茶耐冷品种的进一步筛选提供理论依据,也为其他园林植物的耐冷筛选提供了理论指导.
