食品分析课程综合设计性实验教学的改革与实践

         

摘要

The existing problems in traditional experiment teaching of food analysis were analyzed, it was found that traditional experiment teaching was mainly based on verification experiment, the training of students’ innovative ability was insufficient. Students in experimental class were lack of independent thinking and hands-on training opportunities, they can not finish the graduation thesis experiment independently. The neces-sity of carrying out comprehensive design experiment was discussed, and comprehensive design experimental teaching of food analysis was refromed from aspects of preparation work, specific operations, assessment ways. The practice showed that the teaching reform has a certain effect.%分析了食品分析传统实验教学存在的问题,认为传统实验教学以验证性实验为主,对学生创新能力培养不足。学生在实验课上缺乏独立思考和自主动手操作的锻炼机会,不能独立完成毕业论文实验。探讨了开设综合设计性实验的必要性,进而从实验教学前的准备工作、实验教学的具体操作和实验考核方式等方面对食品分析综合设计性实验教学进行改革。实践证明,该实验教学改革具有一定的成效。
