铁皮石斛对灵芝多糖深层发酵的影响

         

摘要

[目的]研究铁皮石斛对灵芝生长及胞外多糖分泌的影响,并分析灵芝多糖组分的变化。[方法]在发酵培养基中添加不同量的铁皮石斛,分析灵芝生物量和胞外多糖含量的变化,并采用ÄKTA explorer柱层析分析多糖组分。[结果]铁皮石斛可促进灵芝胞外多糖的合成,添加量以10 g/L效果最佳;添加铁皮石斛发酵未改变灵芝多糖的组分。[结论]在灵芝深层发酵培养基中添加适量铁皮石斛有助于灵芝多糖的高效生产。%Objective] To explore the effects of Dendrobium candidum on the growth of Ganoderma lucidumand and its exo-polysaccharide produc-tion and analyze the changes of polysaccharide components.[Method] D.candidum was added to the media, and the biomass and polysaccharide content of G.lucidum were analyzed.The polysaccharide components were analyzed by the column chromatography analysis of KTA explorer .[ Re-sult] The production of exopolysaccharide was enhanced by D.candidum, and 1% of addition amount was suitable.The components of exopo-lysaccharide were not changed by D.candidum.[Conclusion] It is helpful to enhance the polysaccharide production of G.lucidum by the addition of D.candidum in the submerged culture media.
