Objective] To study the chemical components of Ligularia intermedia.[ Method] Active components were isolated from L.inter-media by methanol extraction, silica column chromatography, and recrystallization, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis. [Result] Eight compounds were isolated from L.intermedia, including petasitin (Ⅰ), 8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-di-olide(Ⅱ), taraxasterol (Ⅲ), 2-acetyl-5,6-dimetboxybenzofuran (Ⅳ), 8β-metboxyeremophil-7(11)-en-6α,15;8α,12-diolide (Ⅴ), eup-arone (Ⅵ), and daucosterol (Ⅶ).[Conclusion] Compounds Ⅲ-Ⅵ were firstly isolated from the plant.%[目的]研究狭苞橐吾 Ligularia intermedia的化学成分。[方法]采用甲醇提取，经硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法提取分离活性成分，通过波谱技术进行结构鉴定。[结果]得到7种化合物，分别为蜂斗菜素（Ⅰ）、8β－hydroxyeremophil－7（11）－ene－12，8α（4β，6α）－diolide（Ⅱ）、蒲公英甾醇（Ⅲ）、2－acetyl －5，6－dimetboxybenzofuran（Ⅳ）、8β－metboxyeremophil －7（11）－en－6α，15；8α，12－diolide （Ⅴ）、euparone（Ⅵ）、胡萝卜苷（Ⅶ）。[结论]化合物Ⅲ～Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
