Agricultural supply-side structure reform is an important measure to promote agricultural efficiency increase, farmers’ income in-crease and countryside prosperity.In this research, measures to promote the Supply-side Reform of Wheat Industry in Yanjin County were ana-lyzed, which mainly pay attention to adhering to four guiding, realizing four transformation, and strengthening the innovation of science, tech-nology and system.Yanjin County stick to quality oriented, character oriented, safety oriented and special oriented, strengthening science and technology support, promoting mechanism innovation, and implementing cluster development.Through innovating system and mechanism, Yanjin County took market and consumer demand as the guidance , promoted the planting of highq-uality, green and pollution-free wheat, ac-celerated the continuous upgrading of wheat industry structure , and effectively promoted the economic development of the whole county .%农业供给侧结构性改革是推进农业增效、农民增收和农村繁荣的重要举措。分析了盐津县委县政府在推进小麦产业供给侧改革方面的措施，重点在于坚持4个导向，实现4个转变，以及强化科技和体制创新。延津县坚持优质导向、特色导向、安全导向、专用导向，强化科技支撑、推动机制创新、实施集群发展，通过创新体制和机制，以市场和消费需求为导向，强力推进优质、绿色和无公害小麦种植，促进小麦产业结构不断升级，有效带动了全县经济发展。
