贺州市乡村饮食文化旅游资源开发

         

摘要

分析了贺州市乡村饮食文化兼容并蓄、注重本味、用料广博、健康养生的特点,以及贺州市乡村饮食文化旅游资源开发现状。认为贺州市乡村饮食文化旅游资源开发的问题主要是旅游产品缺乏文化品位、游客参与性不强、旅游基础设施不完善、宣传推介较为滞后。鉴于此,提出加强贺州市乡村饮食文化旅游资源开发的对策,强调增强乡村饮食文化旅游产品的文化品位,不断开发参与性强的饮食文化旅游产品,提升旅游基础设施和服务接待水平,加强宣传推广工作。%The research analysed the characteristics of rural food culture in Hezhou City,such as fully inclusive and equitable, focusing on the taste, extensive use of materials and healthy.At the same time, the development status of rural food culture tourism resources in Hezhou City was analyzed.The main problems of rural food culture tourism resources development in Hezhou were the lack of cultural taste of tourism products , insufficient of tourist participation, imperfect of tourism infrastructure,delay of publicity and promotion .On this account, the countermeasures to strengthen the development of rural food culture tourism resources in Hezhou City were put forward , such as enhancing the cultural taste of rural food culture tourism products, developing food culture tourism products of strong participation constantly, enhancing the tourism infrastructure and service reception level, and strengthening publicity and promotion work.
